Matcha Mizukaze is Monsieur T's all time finest matcha. This "ceremonial matcha," is cultivated at an altitude of 150 meters in Shizuoka Prefecture, just south of Mount Fuji.

Whisking is more easily done than other matchas and releases a deep, vegetal aroma that both connoisseurs and novices will love. Its flavor features a subtle bitterness and a smooth, rounded finish, a common characteristic of the Yabukita cultivar.
