This high-end matcha comes from the green tea capital, the Uji region of Japan.

Intense and unctuous, this tea reveals a rich marine and vegetal taste. We are not saying it resembles an old stale seaweed, but with a subtle and refreshing aroma reminiscent of seaside waters.

Matcha is made from tea leaves from wich the veins are first removed. These vein-less leaves are then grounded to obtain a green powder, which, well whipped (but gently) results in a very velvety drink.
